Are you licensed?
Yes, in both property management and real estate sales. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, either through the owner’s portal or by calling. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you will have a copy on your owner’s portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! -
How and when do I get my checks?
We offer direct deposit or paper checks. We send payments out no later than the 10th of each month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenant’s pay rent in person, mail or on their renter’s portal. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
One year lease is preferred but can be tailored to your needs. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
It is recommended that we collect at least one month’s rent for a security deposit and separate pet deposit if you allow pets. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We work on your timeline and can be as flexible as needed. We are very quick to take over management if needed. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We primarily manage single family homes, duplexes and townhomes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We send out rental statements each month and income statements each year. Other reports are available as needed. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The management company holds the security deposit in a separate trust account until the tenant vacates and then is returned to them minus any repair or cleaning costs.
