Can you hold a place before I apply?
We are able to hold a property for a tenant for up to 30 days if a security deposit is paid and the lease is signed. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The deposit is due when you sign the lease and the rent is due when you move in. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner is needed if you do not make 3 times the rent per month or your credit is less than 600. -

How do I pay rent?
You have the option to pay online or pay in person at our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You will need to get approval from the property management company before getting a new pet. Please give us a call or email us through the tenant portal. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please send an email through the tenant portal notifying us of your move out date and we will help you start the move out process. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The management company and home owner is responsible for most repairs and maintenance requests.
