Can you hold a place before I apply?

We are able to hold a property for a tenant for up to 30 days if a security deposit is paid and the lease is signed.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

The deposit is due when you sign the lease and the rent is due when you move in.
Is the deposit refundable?

Yes
Who needs a cosigner?

A cosigner is needed if you do not make 3 times the rent per month or your credit is less than 600.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?

You have the option to pay online or pay in person at our office.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

You will need to get approval from the property management company before getting a new pet. Please give us a call or email us through the tenant portal.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Please send an email through the tenant portal notifying us of your move out date and we will help you start the move out process.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

The management company and home owner is responsible for most repairs and maintenance requests.
